Saved by Beauty: Crib Pilgrimage – Christmas Eve

5.00 pm, Christmas Eve, 2015, and the Parish Church of St Peter and St Paul, Wisbech, offered it's annual Crib Pilgrimage Service. The ancient and beautiful Norman church building was heaving with joyful anticipation: a full house - almost 500 people. Advent Drinks at the Vicarage

Advent 4 and a special after Mass celebration at St Peter's Vicarage Father Paul mixed 'sharpeners' (homemade sloe-gin and prosecco) and his mother Dorothy (visiting from Australia) made her very fruity Australian Christmas punch and plated up her home-made rum-balls.
